We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join the BuytoGive team. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently produce high-quality, on-brand designs for both digital and print use.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, a strong portfolio, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that support our campaigns, social media, website, and partner communications.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing engaging visual assets for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and press use
- Creating branded graphics for campaigns, promotions, and announcements
- Producing designs to explain how BuytoGive works to different audiences (vendors, charities, shoppers)
- Creating templates for recurring content formats to ensure brand consistency
- Preparing artwork for both digital and print requirements when needed
- Working collaboratively with our marketing and partnerships teams to bring ideas to life
- Maintaining organised files and ensuring all designs follow our brand guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio of high-quality work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of social media design trends and formats
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour
- Comfortable working from a brand style guide but able to inject fresh ideas
- Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is non-negotiable
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
The Details
- Contract: Freelance, part-time
- Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (UK business hours)
- Pay: $600/month
- Start Date: Immediate – shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short design task to demonstrate skills and attention to detail.
