Daily responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy, supporting long-term business goals;
  • Management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Oversight of accounting, reporting, and compliance with internal and external standards;
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing recommendations to management;
  • Cash flow management, cost optimization, and budget adherence control;
  • Interaction with banks, external auditors, and outsourcing companies;
  • Development of ERP systems and financial processes;
  • Building and managing the finance team
    .

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior financial role (CFO) in fintech or related industries;
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis;
  • High analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability;
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes and ERP systems.
