Who We Are And What We Do

WorkMode is a virtual body doubling platform that helps people struggling with focus and motivation organize their day and become more productive at work. We launched in 2023 in Europe and are now expanding. We are a small, friendly team dedicated to helping people overcome procrastination. Most of our clients are high-functioning individuals with ADHD/ADD.

What is virtual body doubling? Virtual body doubling is a technique where two people work on their individual tasks while staying connected via video call to maintain focus. The presence of another person provides accountability and helps reduce distractions, making it easier to stay on track

Responsibilities As a Productivity Partner

Your primary task is to connect with our clients via video call and monitor them throughout their workday. Your presence helps prevent them from engaging in distractions such as browsing social media, watching Netflix, or playing video games.

As a WorkMode Productivity Partner, you will support clients in the Central European Time Zone (CET/CEST). You will work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM (Ukraine Time).

Your responsibilities include:

• Calling WorkMode clients to remind them of scheduled sessions
• Connecting with clients via video call during their workday
• Helping plan their workday (to-do list, schedule, meetings)
• Monitoring and tracking client progress throughout the day
• Reminding clients of pending tasks and meetings
• Helping clients stay focused by preventing distractions (social media, unplanned breaks, etc.)
• Participating in daily online meetings with the WorkMode team

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are highly organized and punctual
• Are fluent in English (both spoken and written), B2+ level
• Enjoy working with others on a daily basis
• Have a stable work environment
• Have a reliable internet connection or the ability to get one
• Are dependable and can commit to our working hours
• No previous experience required

Nice to haves:

• experience as a virtual assistant, customer support, etc.
• experience with working with ADHD/ADD people (most of our clients have some level of ADHD)

You will spend most of your time on video calls with our clients. Therefore, you must have a quiet, stable, and neat workspace. You must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.

Compensation and other information

• 21,000.00 UAH per month
• Work time: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3PM Ukraine Time
• Paid vacations and holidays
• Annual bonus
