Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process for our valued customers.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Own the entire Order-to-Delivery process – from receiving orders to successful delivery at the customer's warehouse.
• Investigate and resolve logistics claims in collaboration with customers, transport vendors, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with shipping conditions and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Partner with transport vendors to guarantee on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Take ownership of customer requirements and lead cross-functional teams to find optimal solutions.
• Support customers during troubleshooting by providing clear instructions and testing solutions.

• Experience in Customer Service or Logistics (a plus)
• Intermediate English for daily written and occasional spoken communication.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Proactive mindset, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and find solutions independently.
