Levitate is a Danish prosthetics company known for high-performance sports prosthetic feet used by athletes, veterans, and active users worldwide. Our work in Ukraine is one of the most meaningful initiatives in our history, helping thousands of people regain mobility.

We are now hiring a Levitate Ukraine Coordinator, an outgoing, likable, socially intelligent person with excellent Ukrainian and English who can represent Levitate with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Role Overview

This is not a typical coordination job. You will interact with a wide range of people, veterans, clinicians, athletes, NGO teams, volunteers, event organizers, suppliers, and community partners.

Your job is to make people feel supported, informed, and excited about working with Levitate, while ensuring that plans, timelines, communication, and operations run smoothly.

Senior communication with NGO leadership will be handled by the Country Director and team. Your role focuses on coordination with departments, organizers, rehab teams, operational partners, and internal Levitate teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Planning and Execution

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly plans Create and maintain event calendars, visit schedules, and activity roadmaps Conduct research on events, organizations, opportunities, and partners Prepare agendas, run-of-show documents, and follow-ups

1. Communication and Stakeholder Coordination

Interact professionally with veterans, clinics, NGO teams, athletes, and community members Build warm, trust-based relationships across all levels Coordinate with clinic departments, prosthetists, rehab teams, administrators, and event teams Coordinate events and activities with NGOs through their working departments Draft communication summaries, short briefing notes, and structured follow-ups

1. Internal Coordination with Levitate Teams

Attend planning meetings with Levitate HQ in Copenhagen Coordinate between Levitate Denmark and the Levitate Ukraine team Assist with aligning marketing materials, communication assets, and product information Support planning and execution of international conferences, exhibitions, and launches Ensure the Ukraine operations stay aligned with HQ timelines and global strategy

1. Events and Public-Facing Activities

Help organize Levitate Experience Zones, demo days, fittings, and sports events Support community events, rehab days, festivals, ceremonies, and product launches Ensure logistics run smoothly and all participants feel personally supported Welcome guests and create a confident, positive impression

1. Strategic Partnerships (Operational Level)

Research and identify potential partners, NGOs, sports groups, clinics, and foundations Maintain partnership pipelines and assist with outreach Prepare presentations, proposals, and simple reports

1. Administration and Internal Support

Maintain spreadsheets, inventories, shared documents, and planning tools Support communication flow between the Kyiv team and Copenhagen HQ Track stock, deliveries, and showroom or warehouse needs

Language Excellence

Experience

Experience in coordination, operations, events, project management, or partnerships Experience with NGOs, clinics, sports communities, or international organizations is a plus Research skills — finding information and summarizing quickly Confidence in Google Workspace and communication tools Experience working abroad or in an international organization
