Game Mathematician

At NeverEnding, we create games that truly "hook" players - and we're now looking for a Game Mathematician who will help us design mechanics that bring joy to players and revenue to the business.

This role is for those who want to build new games from scratch, work with different genres (slots, instant, crash), and impact every number that appears in the game.

What You'll Do:

• Design game math: RTP, volatility, hit frequency, distribution curves.
• Develop mathematical models for slots, instant, and crash games.
• Write simulations and analyze results for balancing.
• Work together with game designers, artists, product managers, and developers to create a cohesive gaming experience.
• Define technical constraints, risks, and find solutions at the concept stage.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in game mathematics or game design with a mathematical focus.
• Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, volatility, bonus systems.
• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets, Python, or other simulation tools.
• Experience with balancing Payout Tables and Free Spins - a big plus.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to optimize complexity.
