Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our agile development team. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with developers and product owners. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable, high-quality software.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support continuous integration and regression testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage across systems, platforms, and environments.
Create detailed test strategies, plans, and test cases to verify functionality and performance.
Conduct risk analysis and identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure clarity and testability.
Log, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment.
Apply QA best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes.
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in QA, including test design, creation, and execution.
3+ years in test automation.
Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Visual Studio, etc.).
Knowledge of BDD tools (SpecFlow, Cucumber, or similar) and Gherkin syntax.
Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure DevOps preferred).
Hands-on experience with SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams and across departments.
Nice to Have
Experience with API and performance testing tools.
Knowledge of white-box testing techniques.
Exposure to risk-based and exploratory testing approaches.
