Technical documentation engineer

Job responsibilities:

  • Review of project documentation (Terms of Reference, Detailed Design, load-bearing capacity report and other permits);
  • Control of subcontractors' work performance, ensuring compliance with requirements and coordination of technical parameters;
  • Control over the timely completion of subcontractors' scope of work in accordance with work plans;
  • Communication with the customer on documentation, its approval and elimination of deficiencies;
  • Training of subcontractors on permitting processes and procedures;
  • Preparing reports on the process of legalization and obtaining permits.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher technical education in the field of construction and/or telecommunications;
  • Experience working with project documentation (technical specifications, working project, maintenance report, declarations, etc.);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Team-player;
  • High level of result orientation.

Посадові обов'язки:

  • Перевірка проектної документації (Технічне завдання, Робочий проект, звіт з несучої здатності та інша дозвільна документація);
  • Контроль виконання робіт субпідрядниками, забезпечення дотримання вимог та узгодження технічних параметрів;
  • Контроль вчасного виконання обсягів субпідрядниками у відповідності з планами робіт;
  • Комунікація з замовником по документації, її погодження та усунення недоліків;
  • Навчання субпідрядників щодо процесів та процедур отримання дозволів;
  • Підготовка звітності щодо процесу легалізації та отримання дозвільної документації.

Вимоги до кандидатів:

  • Вища технічна освіта в сфері будівництва та/або телекомунікацій;
  • Досвід роботи з проектною документацією (технічне завдання, робочий проект, звіт ТО, декларації тощо);
  • Володіння англійською мовою;
  • Відмінні комунікаційні та організаційні навички;
  • Вміння працювати в команді;
  • Високий рівень орієнтації на результат.
