Trainee / Junior Link Builder (SEO/GEO)

Why this role matters

Your mission is to increase high-quality brand mentions and backlinks to boost visibility in
AI Search
(ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and traditional
SEO
. You'll source opportunities, talk to site owners, negotiate placements, and publish posts/comments/articles on
Reddit, Quora, Medium
, and niche forums/blogs.

What you'll do

• Prospect & qualify
  websites, communities, and directories for brand mentions/backlinks.
• Outreach & negotiate
  with editors/site owners (email/DM): pricing, format, do-/nofollow, timelines.
• Publish mentions
  on Reddit, Quora, Medium, and relevant forums (comments, posts, articles).
• Coordinate content
  (briefs for copywriters or light edits yourself) to fit each platform's style.
• Track & report
  placements, anchors, status, and costs in a spreadsheet/CRM.
• Monitor brand mentions
  and join threads with helpful, non-spammy input.
• Follow ethical guidelines
  (no spam, cloaking, PBNs, or black-hat tactics).
• Support LLM/AI visibility
  by earning citations from sources LLMs trust.

What success looks like (KPIs)

• Qualified outreach sent per week; response & acceptance rates
• Published mentions/backlinks per week (quality-weighted)
• Cost per placement; average DR/authority
• Share of positive brand mentions in priority communities
• Growth in referring domains/citations used by AI systems

You'll be great at this if you have

• Good English
  (clear written communication is a must)

• Readiness to work on-site at the start
  (learn the workflow with the team in Lviv)

Nice to have

• Basics: anchors, DR/DA, nofollow/dofollow
• Posting experience on Reddit/Quora without getting flagged
• Familiarity with Ahrefs/Semrush, Hunter/Snov, Notion/Sheets, and simple AI writing tools

Tools you'll touch

Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Sheets, Notion, Hunter/Snov, Gmail, Reddit/Quora/Medium, and AI assistants for first drafts (human-edited).
