Tietoevry Create Ukraine is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Roaming Business Expert for our respectful client BICS.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Represent BICS in all IOT negotiations, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensure GSMA compliance, and manage contract lifecycles.

  • Reconcile financial data, validate settlements, and support monthly/quarterly closings.

  • Analyse roaming traffic, cost trends, and partner performance to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing regular progress reports.

  • Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in roaming, wholesale, or telecom commercial roles.

  • Proven track record in IOT negotiations or managing roaming partnerships.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Will Be an Advantage

  • Additional languages.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with GSMA tools (RAEX, TADIG), TAP/RAP billing, and roaming KPIs.
