We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse team.

Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv

MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in project and account management
  • Proven record of working with corporate clients and large distributed teams
  • Experience in scaling teams and processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including at C-level
  • Ability to align delivery outcomes with client's strategic business goals
  • Strong stakeholder mapping, influence, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and commercial management
  • Team lead experience (mandatory)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
WILL BE A PLUS
  • Technical background (QA)
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full-cycle project management (scope, timelines, stakeholders, releases)
  • Resource management: planning, monitoring workload, leading cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues
  • Tracking and monitoring project progress
  • Maintaining reporting and documentation
  • Managing conflicts and resolving escalations
  • Driving long-term cooperation and account growth
ABOUT PROJECT

You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

STAGE

Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

TEAM
  • On our side: 2 Solutions Architects, 3 Business Analysts, 9 Salesforce Developers, 2 Salesforce Admins, 2 Marketing Cloud Specialists, 7 QA Engineers, 1 Project Manager.
  • Client side: management team and several support experts.

  • Pre-screening with Recruiter
  • Interview with Business Analyst & Delivery Manager
  • Final interview with Client
