We, Bank Credit Dnipro — a universal bank offering a full range of financial and banking services — are inviting a Customer Service Specialist of the Contact Center to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Consulting bank clients;
  • Telephone servicing of customer requests (legal entities and individuals);
  • Consulting clients on service issues, banking products and services (cards, deposits, loans, tariffs, commissions, etc.);
  • Activation of banking products upon customer request;
  • Processing customer applications for Bank products.
