Domestic Execution Analyst

Overall Purpose:

Domestic Execution function provides a cross-platform support for the region. The scope of this function includes trade confirmation reconciliation, cost analysis & trade finalization, invoicing & cash processing and stock reconciliation & documentation & insurance of stocks.

LDC is hiring for a one-year fixed-term contract

Main responsibilities:

• New counterparties entry into EBX; (following with Credit Risk and Compliance team if needed)
• Updating counterparty details in EBX by request
• Contracts entry into ATLAS and 1C as soon as deal is confirmed;
• Creation of contracts and additional agreements (working with AXDRAFT to streamline this process asap);
• Getting scan copies signed
• Getting original contracts signed with counterparty and in Geneva (where originally signed contracts required by counterparties);
• Checking open position report to track expiration of contracts;
• Checking open position report to check closing status of contracts
• Participate in improving internal processes and automatisations
• Backup International Contracts Execution Specialist in the future

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Higher education/Bachelor's degree (accounting/economic or or related area)
• Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of IDS and Excel.
• Capacity to quickly analyze / understand new issues (highly evolving business environment / interchangeability between platforms) and find solutions requiring information search & sometimes abstract thinking.
• Ability to work independently and to take initiatives
• Interest in process optimization: ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Very good attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ukrainian – native
• English – advanced
