Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Direct participation in full STLC of web application (test planning, analysis, design, execution, reporting, etc.)
  • User scenario analysis, issues investigation using the grey-box method, deep work with DBs
  • Close collaboration team members
  • Direct communication with customers, consulting, help with acceptance testing
  • Deep understanding of both: business logic and technical side of the product
  • Functional and non-functional testing (performance – on demand, cross-browser)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of software testing experience
  • Practical experience with testing of web applications
  • Proficient at Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
  • Strong knowledge in software testing types, levels, test design techniques and overall foundation theory
  • Experience in management of test documentation
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (SQL server)
  • Understanding of web services, XML, SOAP, REST API
  • Strong communication skills
  • English intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written
As A Plus
  • ISTQB certification
  • Understanding of TDD, BDD
  • Experience in performance testing
  • Experience in test strategy creation
