Junior Accountant

PayPro Global is hiring Junior Accountant to join our expanding Financial Operations team. Our new teammate will handle and monitor current financial operations and communicate periodically with other departments (relevant reports and inquiries).

Job type: Remote/Office-based (Lviv, Ukraine)

Responsibilities:

• Accurate bookkeeping: recording different types of activities in QuickBooks (bank, accounts receivable and/or accounts payable)
• Managing incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing specific types of orders & transactions, as required
• Handling incoming accounting requests from clients (emails), offering timely & efficient assistance

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Ready to hire a student who can work full time with further career growth
• Advanced / Upper Intermediate level of English
• Experience in accounting would be a plus
• Advanced Excel user
• Strong organizational skills and an effective professional communicator
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Proficient PC user
