Твої задачі:
— Формувати та реалізовувати стратегії пошуку кандидатів для різних напрямків (від джуніор позицій до менеждерських);
— Працювати разом із Hiring Managers над відкриттям ролей: допомагати формувати профіль кандидата, збирати всі дані для якісного старту;
— Проводити глибинні інтерв'ю та оцінювати кандидатів через сучасні методики;
— Супроводжувати кандидатів на кожному етапі та забезпечувати прозору комунікацію;
— Розвивати власний нетворк та хедхантити;
— Працювати з ATS (BreezyHR), автоматизацією;
— Шукати нові підходи та інструменти для зменшення time to fill та покращення якості наймів.

Ти метчишся з нами, якщо:
— Маєш 2+ роки досвіду у full-cycle рекрутингу (сорсинг → найм);
— Працював/ла в ІТ та розумієш специфіку пошуку різних технічних і нетехнічних ролей;
— Слідкуєш за тенденціями ринку, пропонуєш нестандартні варіанти пошуку кандидатів;
— Маєш сильні комунікаційні навички;
— Знаєш англійську на рівні Intermediate+;
— Маєш бажання працювати в гібридному форматі з офісу в Києві;
— Думати структурно, помічати закономірності та пропонувати рішення — твоя звичка, а не зусилля.
