Company Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on the document management project.

The BA will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining project deliverables, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical stakeholders to ensure the project's success.

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality IT products in the Swedish and Danish public sectors, with over 12 years of successful cooperation with us. Their automation solutions serve 80% of government agencies in Sweden. The company specializes in document management, enterprise content management (ECM), data sharing, digital preservation, GDPR compliance, ERP solutions, and more. They cater to various sectors, including government, banking, retail, manufacturing, and life science.

Job Description
  • Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team
  • Understand the business needs, elicit requirements, validate, prioritize, manage requirements, and ensure that the delivered solution aligns with those requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
  • Document, analyze, and visualize business processes, workflows, and systems
  • Document requirements with sound acceptance criteria
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Meticulous in documentation creation
  • Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of basic mathematics and coding, as well as basic knowledge of Front-end, Back-end, and databases to communicate with the development team
  • Advanced level of English or higher
