In terms of industry verticals, we are focused on EdTech, Fintech, eCommerce, and Pharma.We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend experience using React. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and maintaining our core web applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of clean, high-performance code.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Maintain: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications and features using Ruby on Rails (Backend) and React (Frontend).APIs & Integrations: Integrate and maintain both RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Architecture & Design: Contribute actively to architecture decisions and feature design, focusing on scalability and performance.Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established best practices.Collaboration: Participate effectively in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high code standards and shared knowledge.Performance: Proactively identify bottlenecks, improve application performance, and implement optimization best practices.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and 1.5+ years of experience with React / TypeScript.Database: Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).Engineering Principles: Good grasp of SOLID and REST principles.Version Control: Experience working effectively with Git and Git-flow.Language: Upper-Intermediate English or above is required for clear technical communication.Nice to HaveTesting: Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., RSpec, Jest).Frontend Styling: Familiarity with modern styling frameworks (Sass, Tailwind CSS).APIs: Practical GraphQL knowledge.Cloud & Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or GCP.Background Processing: Experience with Sidekiq or Resque.DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).Advanced Principles: Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or CQRS.Templating: Familiarity with View templating engines (ERB, Haml).Our transparent recruitment journey usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes a few stages:Recruiting Interview -> 30-45 minTechnical Interview -> 1-1,5hClient Interview (optional) -> up to 1hPre-Offer Call -> 15minReference CheckOfferWe offer:Competitive salary, room for development and growth;Possibility to work in the Bratislava and Kyiv office or fully remotely;Loyal management, interesting tasks, constant support;Medical insurance (optional);English courses;Technical equipment providing;Paid vacations 20 workdays, paid sick leave, regular salary reviews;Flexible schedule and ability to manage your working hours;Support your personal growth and skills upgrading;The great environment inside the team, support of initiatives, and ability to contribute to the common goal.We do believe that the success of is impossible without the success of our Talents and the success of our Clients
