Позиція передбачає роботу з офісу у Львові або Харкові.

У Finance Department працює понад 10 фахівців. Департамент відповідає за кадровий, бухгалтерський і податковий облік, фінансове планування, управління коштами компанії та інші напрями.

Ви працюватимете в команді Staff Accounting, що займається кадровим супроводом компанії в Україні. Також на вас чекає тісна співпраця з командами Accounting, Legal та HR BP.

Ви будете
  • організовувати та вести кадровий документообіг компанії;
  • формувати та вести особисті справи працівників;
  • заповнювати та облікувати трудові книжки;
  • вести облік робочого часу працівників;
  • надавати працівникам консультації з кадрових питань.
Ми очікуємо від вас
  • досвід роботи понад 3 роки на посаді інспектора з кадрів;
  • досвід роботи в організаціях із кількістю працівників 300+;
  • знання кадрового діловодства;
  • знання трудового законодавства України (КЗпП);
  • досвід роботи в програмі ЗУП або «BAS Бухгалтерія КОРП»;
  • упевнене володіння M.E.Doc, Word, Excel, Google Suite;
  • знання англійської мови на рівні Pre-Intermediate+.
