Ми активно зростаємо й шукаємо Lead Generation Manager, який/яка допоможе нашій команді залучати нових клієнтів для надання рекрутингових послуг. Це людина, яка буде досліджувати ринок, створювати бази потенційних компаній, налаштовувати аутріч-кампанії та тісно співпрацювати з клієнтами.

Майбутні завдання:

  • Дослідження ринку та формування списків цільових компаній.
  • Налаштування та ведення e-mail/LinkedIn аутріч-кампаній.
  • Первинна кваліфікація лідів.
  • Дослідження потреб та формування первинної пропозиції.
  • Ведення CRM та актуалізація контактів.
  • Тісна співпраця з BDM для передачі теплих лідів.
  • Моніторинг ефективності кампаній і регулярна звітність по метриках.

Необхідні навички й досвід:

  • Досвід у lead generation / sales support від 1 року (B2B).
  • Знання інструментів пошуку контактів (LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, та ін.).
  • Базовий досвід роботи з CRM (HubSpot буде плюсом).
  • Навички написання чітких і переконливих листів для аутрічу.
  • Аналітичне мислення, увага до деталей, креативність.
  • Англійська — від рівня Intermediate (для комунікації з клієнтами/роботи з інструментами).
