What project we have for you

We are looking for Accounting Manager with international experience who will be responsible for Intellias Accounting Team. This role serves as a key link between the accounting team and senior management, supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and robust internal controls.

What you will do

• Manage accounting team of ~15 specialists at Intellias globally.
• Manage month-end closure activities: reconciliations of accounts, follow-up on open items, maintenance of intra-group operations with related parties.
• Control over timely preparation of tax declarations, financial statements and statistics reports.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors.
• Verifying current processes and initiating improvements including the latest changes in applicable legislation.
• Transition of accounting, reporting and payroll processes from supplier to in-house.

• Preparation of ad hoc reports.

What you need for this

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Experience in managing team of ~15 specialists
• Highly developed problem-solving skills including the ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrating the ability to work with people at different levels
• Good planning and organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing environment
• Fluency in English (at least B2)
• ACCA would be a plus
• Big4 experience would be a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics general knowledge would be a plus
