We're looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who can create clear guidelines for lectures and also run training sessions, so that content and teaching go hand in hand. The role mixes technical know-how, content creation, and coaching to keep the learning process consistent and effective.

Learn about our approach:

• Our goal is to help students find their first job, so we don't charge students until they receive a job offer
• We believe in hands-on learning, so our educational programs consist of 80% practice and only 20% theory
• You will not teach tedious theory, but you will interact with students every day in such a way that they learn to think, analyze, and successfully apply the acquired knowledge in practice
• You will collaborate with a team of experienced Instructional Designers, Coordinators, and Mentors who ensure consistency in the educational process for the students

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition
• Hands-on work with key channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Affiliate and Influencer marketing
• Experience in building and optimizing funnels, and managing key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS)
• Confident use of analytics tools: GA4, GTM, BI dashboards
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback
• Organized, flexible, and ready to work as part of a team
• Teaching/mentoring experience: giving lectures, training, and workshops, public speaking

Bonus points:

• Skills in creating learning materials: guidelines, presentations, checklists, case studies
• Use of interactive learning methods (ad account simulations, case studies, group practice)

Your Tasks as an Expert:

• Develop clear and structured guidelines that can be directly applied in Q&A Lectures
• Continuously update and improve the content based on students' feedback and market trends

If you also choose to deliver lectures, your tasks will include:

• Running daily sessions based on prepared scripts, usually in the morning (9:00–12:00, flexible). Each lecture lasts up to 1.5 hours
• Supporting student motivation and helping them overcome learning challenges.

The Expert project is expected to take 3 months of collaboration. The Lecturer project runs from January 2026 to March 2026 with the possibility of extending the contract to teach the next group
