We are on a mission to redefine financial operations for modern enterprises — and we're looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate our growth across global markets.
As a Growth Marketer at Spendbase, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and product-led growth (PLG) for our banking solutions. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy — from experimentation and performance tracking to scaling successful initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments and is motivated by aggressive growth targets.
What you'll do:
Drive user acquisition and lead generation strategies for Spendbase's banking product
Own and execute growth initiatives across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.)
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) to align on growth objectives
Build and optimize lead generation funnels, PLG funnels, tracking performance metrics, and ROI
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
Communicate growth strategy and results to internal stakeholders and external partners
Test, iterate, and scale winning tactics to hit aggressive growth targets
5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation (B2B SaaS or Fintech)
Proven track record of driving measurable user acquisition and revenue growth
Hands-on experience with finance tools, payments, or financial software products
Strong background in B2B lead generation and conversion optimization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable presenting to executives and external partners
Self-starter with an ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Extroverted personality with strong networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage ambiguity
Experience launching or scaling new products is a strong advantage
