Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kyiv for a Boutique Supervisor. The Boutique Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the boutique, provide exceptional customer service, manage staff, ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training new team members, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in staff management and training
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kyiv
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
