Bilfinger Engineering,
a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
HR with experience in personnel administration and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing personnel documentation in accordance with Ukrainian labor legislation (orders, contracts, personal files)
• Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
• Preparing and processing data for payroll calculation
• Monitoring time tracking, sick leaves, and vacation records
• Maintaining military registration records
• Providing employee support on labor-related matters and company benefits
• Handling internal HR processes and electronic document flow
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian labor law
• Experience working with HRM systems
• Proficiency in Excel and other office software
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Would be an advantage:

• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in maintaining military registration
• Previous experience in an international company
