Місія цієї ролі — побудова AI/automation-інфраструктури для People Operations команди (HR, Admin, Recruitment, Communications).

Тобі довірять створення автоматизацій, які позбавляють команду рутини, пришвидшують операційні процеси та впроваджують AI в щоденну роботу команд. Твоя зона впливу — весь employee lifecycle: від онбордингу до екзіту, від перших листів до інтерактивних івентів.

  • Тобі подобається шукати прості технічні рішення для складних задач і бачити швидкий результат.
  • Любиш бути "правою рукою" для нетехнічних команд: чути запит, створювати MVP і впроваджувати.
  • Знаєш, як перетворити шаблони, таблиці та повторювані дії на зручні автоматизації.
  • Хочеш працювати з інструментами ChatGPT, Notion API, Slack Bots, Zapier, Make та інтеграціями.
  • Тобі цікаво тестувати нове, створювати інструкції для команди і масштабувати те, що працює.

Основні зони відповідальності:

  • Автоматизація HR-процесів — pre-/onboarding та offboarding, employee history, щоденні задачі, аналітика, документообіг, AI-асистент для співробітників.
  • Розробка ботів та інтеграцій — підтримка наявних, створення нових (Slack, Telegram, Notion, Zoho, Google Workspace тощо).
  • AI-рішення для команд — тестування інструментів, генерація контенту, оптимізація робочих процесів.
  • Аналітика й дашборди, автоматизація звітів.
  • Сайт і SEO — підтримка сайту компанії, регулярне оновлення контенту, інтеграції.
  • Підтримка внутрішніх команд — технічні запити, інтерактиви для івентів, співпраця з People Ops, Admin, Comms.
  • Проєктний менеджмент автоматизацій.

Ми очікуємо, що ти:

  • Маєш технічний бекграунд і комфортно почуваєшся у світі автоматизацій, API та інтеграцій.
  • Користувався/лася або швидко навчишся працювати з Zapier, Make, Notion API, Slack API, Google Workspace, ChatGPT та подібними інструментами.
  • Маєш знання таких технологій — та React.
