Crunch is looking for a strategic and hands-on Outbound Specialist to lead and elevate outbound lead generation across the US, UK, and EU markets.You'll design, execute, and optimize outbound strategies, mentor a high-performing team, and leverage cutting-edge automation and AI tools (including LLM-powered systems) to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and experiment with new lead search strategies to expand Crunch's outbound reach.
- Create and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Implement smart automation workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, and HubSpot to enrich data, trigger sequences, and sync CRM updates.
- Leverage LLM-powered AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, or custom agents) to craft hyper-personalized messaging, subject lines, and micro-copy at scale.
- Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email, corporate, and private messaging channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve lead generation processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align communication and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Explore new communication channels and test creative outreach methods to stay ahead of trends.
- Clearly communicate Crunch's value proposition and drive genuine interest from potential clients.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Outbound / Lead Generation for US, UK, or EU IT markets.
- Proven background in custom software development companies (outsourcing, nearshoring, or IT consulting).
- Experience working with startups, SMBs, and enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of the outbound sales funnel and how to build scalable processes.
- Strong command of modern prospecting tools – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Crunchbase, etc.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and create compelling, value-driven outreach.
- Excellent management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+).
