Marketplace GEO & AI Optimization Specialist
Join a data-driven e-commerce expert team exploring how AI is reshaping Amazon SEO and product visibility. We're looking for a self-starter with a proven record of ranking wins on Amazon and Walmart — someone who takes full ownership, delivers measurable results, and combines analytical depth with creative execution.
We're looking for a
hands-on optimization expert with junior project manager skills
— someone who's worked in an agency environment, knows how to deliver measurable results, and wants to grow into a lead role for marketplace optimization projects.
What You'll Do
- Audit, rebuild, and optimize Amazon and Walmart listings for keyword indexing, ranking, traffic, and conversion
- Perform in-depth keyword research and indexing analysis; prepare analysis and reports
- Use and interpret insights from AI and data tools to improve visibility and searchability
- Manage daily visibility tasks — blogs, Reddit discussions, and media outreach — to build brand authority
- Track deliverables, coordinate with creative/analytics/dev teams, and ensure projects move forward smoothly
- Test, measure, and iterate — every change must be backed by data
- The role responsibilities may evolve as the organization grows
What You Bring
- Agency experience is a must — you know how to juggle multiple brands and deliver consistent results
- Proven track record optimizing Amazon and Walmart listings with ranking improvements
- Proficiency with tools like Helium10, SmartScout, DataDive, etc. (you understand how to extract actionable insights)
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills
- Extreme attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ownership mentality — you take initiative, solve problems, and drive measurable outcomes
- Can-do attitude and curiosity to explore how AI and generative search are transforming e-commerce
