About the client:
Our client is based in USA, and running a digital marketing agency and looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives to the next level.

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our client's company and its products/services. Who will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing trends and technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, blogs, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics to achieve marketing objectives.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
