The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of both data QA validation and game balance support. In this hybrid role, you will not only leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and improve our games, but also ensure that data pipelines and production deployments remain accurate, reliable, and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:Data Analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze player behavior and game performance data.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs (retention, win-rate, ARPU, churn, etc.).
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights for game designers and marketing teams.
• Support A/B tests setup and analysis to optimize game features and monetization strategies.

Configuration & QA Validation

• Collaborate with game designers and developers to
  define requirements

for remote configurations and event trackers.
- Test and validate trackers

to ensure accurate data collection and logging of user interactions.
- Validate remote configurations

before release to confirm they work as intended across environments.
- Work with
support-related issues

(player reports, anomalies in configs or trackers) to identify root causes.
- Validate data collection pipelines

to ensure integrity and reliability of analytical reports.

Game Balance Deployment

• Deploy game balance updates into production environments.
• Maintain documentation of deployment processes and game parameter changes.
• Coordinate with game designers to ensure smooth and timely balance updates.
• Support controlled experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) through remote configs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or QA (gaming industry is a plus).
• Understanding of game analytics concepts (cohorts, segmentation, retention, monetization).
• Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving, and high attention to detail.
• Solid working knowledge of
  SQL

for data querying, aggregation, and joins
- Advanced skills in
Excel / Google Sheets

(formulas, pivots, visualizations).
- Familiarity with analytics tools —
Tableau/LookerStudio

(preferred);
Python

or
R

for analysis/visualization is a plus.
