HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Ukraine. This role combines operational HR tasks with recruitment activities. If you are passionate about people, eager to grow in HR, and ready to work in an international gaming company, we'd love to hear from you

• Being the initial contact point for the employees and helping them to navigate through the corporate system;
• Covering HR processes such as preboarding, onboarding, exit process;
• Keeping HR tools and data up to date;
• Supporting and covering employees issues related to our internal tools;
• Seeking to improve and automate current HR processes;
• Supporting HR team with other HR operation related tasks;

• Taking part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

• 1+ years of working experience within the HR sphere (administrative experience, etc.);

• Experience in main stages of employee's life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, off -boarding);
• English level from Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate is a must;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly of Excel);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented team player;
• Capable to generate ideas and have a great desire to implement new approaches to internal HR processes;
• Readiness to combine recruitment tasks and handle 1–2 positions in parallel.

• Working experience with big volume data;

• HRIS experience.
