Один з наших клієнтів займається виробництвом техніки та радіоелектронних пристроїв, що покращує ефективність ведення бойових дій.

Компанія постійно зростає, розвивається та вдосконалює робочі процеси.

Зараз вони шукають Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist, який відповідатиме за внутрішні комунікації та заходи.

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • Досвід роботи в комунікаціях чи Employee Engagement 2+ роки;
  • Відмінне володіння українською мовою;
  • Вміння створювати цікавий контент та здатність працювати з текстами різної тематики;
  • Навички з організації та проведення заходів;
  • Досвід роботи з розробкою візуальних матеріалів;
  • Самостійність, організованість та вміння працювати у стислі терміни;
  • Освіта за напрямом PR, журналістика чи філологія буде перевагою.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Участь в розробці та реалізація стратегії внутрішніх комунікацій;
  • Ведення комунікації у внутрішніх каналах;
  • Підготовка корпоративних матеріалів (дайджестів, сторінок на Confluence, внутрішніх політик, опитників);
  • Розробка відео-контенту, постерів та інших візуальних матеріалів (у співпраці з дизайнером);
  • Менеджмент роботи з корпоративним мерчем;
  • Організація та реалізація внутрішніх проєктів та ініціатив;
  • Підготовка та реалізація корпоративних івентів.
