About the Role

As a
Travel Manager,
you will be the owner of our global travel program, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and traveler safety across all business trips, events, and company retreats. You will manage our travel management company (TMC), continuously audit our travel spending, and ensure that our policy reflects both corporate needs and employee well-being.

Location:
Fully Remote (with preference for CET/EET time zones)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and rigorously enforce the global travel policy to ensure cost-effectiveness, risk management, and optimal employee experience
  • Lead all negotiations and relationship management with key vendors, including the Travel Management Company, airlines, and hotel chains
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on travel data to identify trends, enforce compliance, and implement strategies for cost savings and maximizing ROI
  • Manage and optimize travel booking platforms and expense management software, ensuring efficient data integrity and a user-friendly experience
  • Act as the final escalation point for complex travel issues, itinerary changes, and out-of-policy requests, ensuring robust support for travelers
  • Establish and manage protocols for traveler safety and security, including emergency response plans and tracking employees in high-risk areas
  • Partner with the Finance team to streamline the travel expense process, ensuring accurate and timely cost reconciliation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of dedicated experience managing a corporate travel program, ideally for a globally distributed or remote workforce
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts with travel management companies and major vendors, resulting in measurable cost reductions
  • Expert knowledge of online booking tools (OBT), GDS systems, and expense management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions and policy changes
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing behavior across different departments and cultures
  • Fluency in English is required

  • Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles
