Prosthetist & Orthotists
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality prosthetic assessments and fittings (primarily transtibial and transfemoral).
• Operate 3D scanning devices and collaborate with our CAD/CAM designers.
• Guide patients through prosthetic trials, adjustments, and training.
• Coordinate with local clinics, hospitals, and international NGOs.
• Provide patient education and post-fitting follow-ups.
• Participate in hands-on workshops and training programs.
• For senior-level candidates: Lead patient care planning, mentor junior P&Os, and support implementation of clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• A recognized
  degree/diploma in Prosthetics & Orthotics
  .
• Minimum
  1 year of experience
  (junior-level) or
  3+ years
  (senior-level).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centric care.
• Basic proficiency in
  English
  (verbal and written).
• Willingness to adapt to
  digital workflows
  (training provided).
• Ukrainian citizenship or residency (preferred).

Preferred Skills (not mandatory)

• Experience with CAD-based prosthetic design or 3D printed sockets.
• Knowledge of war-related trauma rehabilitation or humanitarian healthcare.
• Familiarity with prosthetic alignment tools and dynamic fitting.
• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and working proficiency in English.
