Job Description
Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics (formerly Marken, MNX & Polar Speed), the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, unites expertise across healthcare and complex secure logistics to drive the success of our clients through innovation.

Main Purpose
The main role is to proceed with day to day CTD activities according to the guidance and ensure that the CTD facility is in proper condition.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Unloads and moves goods and materials arriving at the Depot.
• Moves goods and material values to storage locations manually or using mechanical equipment as assigned.
• Performs the processes of receiving and supplying medicines and medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Generates shipping and transportation documents.
• Conducts physical picking of materials in accordance with received project requests.
• Conducts verification of materials selected for shipment by other employees.
• Informs the client about the receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Prepares and clean Credos and other packaging materials in accordance with temperature requirements.
• Participates in preparing a schedule of service repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Participates in conducting inventories.
• Takes part in validation of premises and equipment.
• Participates in the preparation of a calibration and validation schedule for equipment.
• Participates in the process of additional labelling of medicinal products in accordance with standard operating procedures, work instructions of LLC "Marken (Ukraine)".
• Ensures the storage of goods and material assets.
• Knows, understands and applies current regulatory documents related to his activities.
• Knows and fulfils the requirements of regulatory acts on labour and environmental protection, adheres to norms, methods and methods of safe work performance.
• Receive and processes Returns.
• Perform the listed duties and other tasks at the manager's request that do not conflict with the legislation of Ukraine and internal rules and procedures.
• To inform the direct supervisor about all shortcomings identified in the process of performing their duties and in the activities of the pharmacy warehouse and to make proposals for their elimination.
• To receive and use information materials and regulatory documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
• To participate in conferences and meetings at which issues related to the work of the Depot are considered.
• The Operations Associate enjoys all labour rights in accordance with the Labour Codes of Ukraine.
• Is responsible for the implementation of the Internal Labour Regulations of LLC "Marken (Ukraine)", for the quality and timely performance of functional duties and tasks of management, compliance with the general rules of conduct at LLC "Marken (Ukraine)".
• For improper performance or failure to perform functional duties, which are provided for by this instruction, management orders of LLC "Marken (Ukraine)", without good reason, the Internal Labour Regulations, the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, is responsible in the manner prescribed by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
