About Our Client

Our client is a sales and marketing AI platform designed to help growing businesses scale their sales and marketing efforts. Their platform enables users to hire, train, manage, and scale an AI sales team in minutes instead of weeks. With a mission to make sales superpowers accessible to everyone, they provide tools that streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement.

About This Role

We are seeking a talented full stack developer with expertise in NextJS, React, Python, FastAPI, Strawberry GraphQL, Postgres, and Supabase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building dynamic web applications and will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks. You will collaborate with our design and product teams to create seamless user experiences. The project will require 3 hours of overlapping with California time.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional Python experience, with deep knowledge of FastAPI
  • Strong experience with React and NextJS
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Strawberry GraphQL and Supabase
  • Experience in developing startup, startup mindset is a big benefit
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a small, collaborative team
  • Clear communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating across distributed teams.
