We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • Handle incoming requests from VIP clients via messengers, chats, and email (using translation tools if needed).
  • Manage and set up personalized bonus offers based on templates.
  • Analyze client activity and provide insights for VIP client management.
  • Maintain and update VIP client database.
Qualifications
  • Native Ukrainian speaker.
  • Previous experience in customer support (VIP/High-value clients is a plus).
  • Strong focus on results and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Good written communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
