Зараз ми в пошуку Education Project Manager до нашої HR команди.

Трохи більше про HR team: Це команда, яка переконана, що SKELAR через 5 років — результат наших дій вже відсьогодні, починаючи з роботи над потенціалом команди, ефективних процесів й, звісно, розвитку високоефективної культури. Наразі в команді є 10 HR спеціалістів, та в планах масштабуватися й надалі.

Які виклики чекають:
— Управління поточними освітніми школами та запуск нових програм;
— Ініціювання та реалізація внутрішніх освітніх ініціатив (наприклад, інтенсиви з AI та інших актуальних тем);
— Управління освітніми клубами: робота з лідерами, формування навчальної програми, вдосконалення процесів клубів;
— Адміністрування та розвиток LMS-системи;
— Взаємодія з внутрішніми та зовнішніми експертами для покращення навчального контенту.

Що для нас важливо:
— Проджект-менеджмент – досвід управління освітніми або навчальними проєктами, вміння працювати з дедлайнами, ресурсами та ризиками;
— Оцінка ефективності навчальних програм, аналіз даних, збір зворотного зв'язку;
— Досвід запуску нових освітніх ініціатив;
— Ініціативність та креативність: пропозиція нових ідей та гнучкість у роботі з невизначеністю;
— Управління поточними освітніми школами та запуск нових програм;
— Ініціювання та реалізація внутрішніх освітніх ініціатив (наприклад, інтенсиви з AI та інших актуальних тем);
— Управління освітніми клубами: робота з лідерами, формування навчальної програми, вдосконалення процесів клубів;
— Взаємодія з внутрішніми та зовнішніми експертами для покращення навчального контенту.


Nice-to-have:
— Адміністрування та розвиток LMS-системи;
— Впровадження та розвиток AI-інструментів у навчанні: автоматизація частини освітніх процесів, генерація навчального контенту, побудова персоналізованих траєкторій.
