With 50+ experts across Kyiv, Vilnius, and Dubai, our team is dedicated to building a trusted bridge between traditional finance and the digital future.

We're searching for a seasoned UX/UI Designer whom will autonomously own and execute end-to-end design for core financial features, balancing user needs with complex requirements like KYC/AML compliance and crypto trading UI. Furthermore, they will focus on translating business goals into clear, trustworthy, and visually cohesive user flows, rapidly creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating directly with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation within the newly established design system.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and document our essential UI pieces (think of it as the core LEGO kit) in the design system (e.g., Figma Library).
• Turn validated wireframes and flows into sharp, ready-to-code mockups, especially for our killer financial features.
• Craft awesome, interactive prototypes to nail the micro-interactions, animations, and the 'Aha' moments (like a flawless transaction).
• Design immediate, clear visual cues for important stuff like security checks (2FA) and all the necessary compliant screens (fee transparency, etc.).
• Plan and run fast, iterative usability tests on core workflows (gotta make sign-up/KYC and first-trade flows buttery smooth).
• Work side-by-side with our engineers daily to guarantee every design is pixel-perfect and totally doable.
• Jam with Product Managers to grok what the features need, what success looks like, and what we absolutely need to launch first (the MVP).
• Clearly and confidently explain your design choices, test results, and trade-offs to the leadership team, backing it all up with user needs and the business win.
• Create or collaborate on helpful, on-brand in-app text, error messages, and alerts that feel intuitive and guide the user like a pro.

Requirements:

• You've got experience designing crystal-clear, real-time charts and indicators for those wild crypto market swings.
• You can architect a super-safe, intuitive Buy/Sell flow where users see and confirm every critical detail (price, fees, slippage) before hitting "execute."
• You know how to design a smart info layout for users to track and manage their blended traditional and crypto holdings.
• Proven ability to design smooth Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) flows using progressive disclosure to keep drop-off rates low.
• Experience creating UIs for organized access to all the boring-but-necessary legal stuff (statements, tax reports) that plays nice with accounting.
• Skill in designing clear, scannable patterns for showing regulatory disclosures, terms of service, and transaction fees without the headache.
• Ability to lock down the defined brand guidelines across every screen, ensuring the product looks and feels totally cohesive.
• Deep knowledge of how to make designs meet crucial accessibility standards (color contrast, readability, screen reader love).
• Proven ability to take ownership of large product areas, moving from the initial spark to the final hand-off solo, and knowing when to apply the 80/20 rule to just ship the good stuff, fast.
