We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

We are actively seeking a Content Producer who will own the creation of transformational, on-brand and high-quality content: video lessons, meditations, rituals, challenges and guided programs. You will bridge creativity, production and strategy — ensuring each piece of content drives user engagement, emotional connection and long-term retention.

Your Impact:

• Lead the full production cycle — from content brief to final video/audio/text.
• Translate content ideas into scripts together with writers and experts.
• Ensure all content aligns with Nebula's brand, tone, storytelling and visual style.
• Plan and coordinate production with scriptwriters, designers, videographers and editors.
• Build structured workflows (timelines, approvals, documentation) and optimize processes to reduce iterations.
• Maintain consistent quality through checklists, guidelines and unified visual standards.
• Collaborate with Activation, Engagement, Design and Product teams to integrate content across the Nebula ecosystem.
• Act as a creative owner — propose new formats, improve approaches and raise the overall quality bar.

About You:

• 1–3+ years of experience in content production or creative production.
• Practical experience managing full-cycle production (video/audio/text).
• Strong project management and ability to run multiple processes simultaneously.
• Understanding of storytelling, content quality principles and digital content trends.
• Experience working with creative specialists (writers, designers, videographers).
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (working with experts and reviewing content).
