That's why, together with Oleksandr Voronin, Lead Product Analyst at Headway by Headway Inc, we're looking for a Product Analyst who thrives on turning data into decisions — leveraging insights and experiments to drive monetization metrics and directly fuel business revenue.

The product and team you will be working with:

Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world's most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

Growth Team is a cross-functional team focused on finding growth opportunities through product changes, improved user experience, and monetization mechanics. Its core mission is to scale the product through experimentation, analytics, and a data-informed approach.

What will you do:

• Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research.
• Design and analyze A/B tests — from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact.
• Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.
• Use data to validate and shape hypotheses, helping the team prioritize and focus on the most promising experiments.
• Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience.
• Contribute to improving processes, automating key metrics, and sharing best practices within the analytics community.

What do you need to join us:

• Have 1+ year of experience at Product/Data/Marketing Analyst roles. 
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Confidence working with databases (SQL).
• Solid understanding of product metrics and how they interrelate.
• An analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
• Python skills and experience with Tableau are strong advantages.
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
