Team Leader,
 який вміє поєднувати технічну експертизу та управлінське бачення.

Що важливо:

  • 5+ років в розробці, 2+ роки у ролі Team Lead / Tech Lead / Architect / Project manager
  • Досвід управління командою
  • Освіта/додаткові курси по напрямку проєктного управління
  • Досвід у Python або Embedded (C/C++, STM32, RTOS, Linux BSP)
  • Розуміння архітектури розподілених систем і протоколів (MAVLink, TCP/UDP)
  • Досвід із Git, CI/CD, базовим DevOps
  • Досвід організації командної роботи, планування, ведення задач
  • Комунікабельність, структурне мислення, вміння систематизувати хаос

Основні завдання:

  • Проведення аудиту наявного коду, структури репозиторіїв і процесів
  • Налагодження системи документації і єдиних стандартів (структура, неймінг, CI/CD)
  • Організація постановки задач у Jira, допомога команді перейти до єдиного формату
  • Побудова коротко- і середньострокового плану розвитку напрямку
  • Формування запитів на нові ролі і ресурси під задачі
  • Координування роботи з іншими напрямками — конструкторами, електронікою, тестами, аналітикою
  • Забезпечення обміну даними між командами та інтеграцію результатів випробувань у розробку

Очікування від кандидата:

  • Створення єдиної структури кодових баз і документації по всіх ключових проєктах
  • Створення актуального roadmap і плану розвитку напрямку
  • Налагодити взаємодію з тестами, конструкторами та електронікою
  • Створити прозорі процеси в Jira, рев'ю, регулярні звіти по прогресу
