Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Associate located in Kyiv. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial models, conducting due diligence, performing valuations, and working on transaction-related activities. The role also involves analyzing financial and operational data to support decision-making and contributing to the successful execution of investment banking deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Valuation
  • Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence
  • Solid foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data with precision and insight
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ACCA or equivalent professional designation is a plus
  • Relevant experience in consulting, transaction services, audit
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian
