About the role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who is passionate about building scalable business solutions, extending platform capabilities, and delivering high-quality customizations. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining the CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless business processes and system reliability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customizations, plugin development, Power Platform automation, API integrations, and Azure-based services. They can translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Areas of responsibility:

• • Design and develop custom business logic (plugins, Custom API, workflow activities).

• Extend CRM using forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and model-driven components.
  • 
• Develop JavaScript/TypeScript web resources and UI automation logic.
  • Implement integration solutions using Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
  • 
• Work with queues and asynchronous services to ensure reliable message processing.
  • 
• Manage CRM solutions (managed/unmanaged) and deployment workflows.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot execution issues.
  • 
• Document technical components and integration flows.
  • 
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • 
• Support production systems and perform root cause investigations.

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Understand how to design and implement CRM customizations (entities, forms, views, business rules, etc.)
• Skilled in plugin development using C# (.NET)
• Can build Custom API actions, workflow activities, and complex business logic 
• Work confidently with JavaScript / TypeScript for web resources and UI extensions
• Experience with Power Automate Flows and Logic Apps
• Understand Azure Functions as integration or background processing services 
• Experience working with queues and asynchronous processes 
• Know how to integrate external systems using Web API, OData, and REST 
• Can troubleshoot issues via Plugin Trace Logs and Application Insights 
• Is comfortable with solution management, CI/CD processes 
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with analysts and other developers.
