We are looking for a seasoned specialist with experience in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing, proven success with geo-targeted SEO and data-driven UX optimization projects. You will be involved in the project that provides sky-diving experience around the globe.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SEO, analytics, or digital marketing
- Proven success with geo-targeted SEO and data-driven UX optimization projects
- Strong knowledge of: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), OneTrust, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Convert)
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics, schema markup, and CMS platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations
- Upper Intermediate or higher English level
Responsibilities:
Geographical Optimization (GEO)
– Implement and manage geo-targeting strategies to ensure the website appears prominently in search results for relevant locations.
– Configure and maintain Google Business Profiles, maps listings, and local citations.
– Optimize website content and metadata for location-based keywords (e.g., "skydiving near [city]", "tandem jump [region]").
– Develop geo-specific landing pages to target different drop zones, regions, or countries.
– Ensure proper use of hreflang tags, canonical URLs, and structured data for international SEO if applicable.
– Collaborate with marketing to integrate localized campaigns and geo-focused promotions.Analytical Experience Optimization (AEO)
– Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, and SEMrush.
– Track and interpret user behavior, conversion funnels, and traffic sources.
– Conduct A/B testing and heatmap analysis to improve UX, engagement, and conversion rates.
– Provide actionable insights to improve page speed, mobile experience, and navigation.
– Recommend design and content adjustments based on analytical data and user interaction.SEO & Content Strategy Support
– Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly copy, ensuring consistent keyword targeting and brand voice.
– Stay current with search engine algorithms and best practices for local and international SEO.
– Identify backlinking opportunities and partnerships relevant to the adventure tourism and skydiving industry.Reporting & Continuous Improvement
– Deliver monthly reports on geo-performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
– Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to guide marketing and UX decisions.
– Continuously refine strategies to improve search visibility and customer journey effectiveness.
