Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications.
  • Organize and participate in employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and social media recruitment.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to employees and managers.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building activities.
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter (1 year preferred).
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs.
  • English language (Fluent).
