About the Role
: The Manufacturing Manager leads end-to-end production of military-grade UAVs and embedded computer-vision modules. The role focuses on scaling manufacturing processes, ensuring reliability of mission-critical hardware, establishing quality systems, and coordinating with R&D to move prototypes into stable serial production.

:

Required Skills
:

  • 3+ years in electronics/embedded manufacturing, UAVs, robotics, or defense-tech.
  • Strong understanding of PCB assembly, wiring harnesses, mechatronics, and optics.
  • Experience launching or scaling manufacturing lines (NPI, DFM, DFT).
  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, ISO9001/AS9100) would be advantage.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, ECAD/MCAD BOMs, and work with ERP/MES.
