We are looking for a skilled and proactive Procurement Specialist
who will play a key role in ensuring smooth and fast operations of our R&D team. You will work on sourcing electronic and mechanical components, handling logistics both in Ukraine and abroad, and collaborating with international suppliers. If you are dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to negotiate the best conditions — this role is for you.

It would be a big plus if you have experience in microelectronics, R&D environments, and international procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the R&D team, ensuring timely supply of all required components
  • Order electronic and mechanical parts both domestically and internationally
  • Organize logistics and customs clearance of goods
  • Manage payments and communication with suppliers and contractors
  • Order test production from subcontractors (milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, PCB manufacturing)
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities
  • Ensure fast and reliable delivery for dynamic R&D projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience in procurement of electronic components and boards
  • Proven knowledge in microelectronics
  • Understanding of R&D specifics (fast pace, frequent changes, small volumes)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and contractors
  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or similar for planning & documentation
  • Strong English (written & spoken) for negotiations with international suppliers
  • Driver's license (own car is a plus)
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procurement-related documentation and records
  • Source and order required electronic and mechanical components according to engineering and product needs
  • Generate regular procurement status and summary reports
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Owners, and other team members to ensure uninterrupted R&D workflow
