Our team in Kiev is looking for a new colleague to join our HR & Payroll team

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and control of primary documentation: timesheets, sick leaves, executive documents, maintenance documents, personnel administration documents;
• Work with companies with a number of 1 to 100 employees;
• Full cycle payroll process;
• Calculation of taxes and fees;
• Preparation and submission of reports within the time limits established by law;
• Issuance of salary certificates to employees in the established or arbitrary form;
• Tracking changes in Ukrainian legislation on remuneration and taxation.

Key Requirements

• Higher education (economics, accounting and audit);

• Experience in payroll accounting of at least 1 year.

• Confident PC user: EXCEL, 1C:8.3, M.E.Doc, Client-Bank; 1C:8.3 (ZUP) is preferred to 1C.
• Knowledge of English (pre-intermediate), primarily for the possibility of prompt business correspondence;
• Compliance with data confidentiality;
• Compliance with deadlines;
• High level of responsibility.
