Менеджера зі стратегічного аналізу.

Обов'язки:

  • Аналіз бізнес-процесів та процесів управління ефективністю, галузевий benchmarking;
  • Аналіз бізнес-процесів та формування пропозицій щодо підвищення їх ефективності;
  • Підготовка пропозицій щодо заходів, які можуть/мають покращити показники діяльності бізнесу;
  • Щорічна розробка Цілей та участь у розробці KPI для компанії та менеджменту;
  • Допомога в оптимізації та розподілі ресурсів, виявлення потенційної неефективності;
  • Щоквартальний Challenged планів та цілей, операційний контроль досягнення;
  • Нормалізація цілей та результатів на зовнішні фактори;
  • Аналіз результатів (Performance Review) та оцінка рівня досягнення цілей бізнесу та ризиків невиконання;
  • Спільно з лінійним менеджментом розробка планів управління ризиками;
  • Методологічна організація та підтримка Бізнесів у побудові ефективних бізнес-процесів.

Вимоги:

  • Вища освіта (економічний напрямок);
  • Досвід роботи від 3-х років в напрямку аналітики, управління ефективністю, операційні покращення, стратегії, фінансовому моделюванні;
  • Знання та досвід бізнес-моделювання;
  • Досвід аналізу результатів Performance management (як додаткова перевага);
  • Глибокі навички роботи в Excel;
  • Аналітичні та комунікативні здібності;
  • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Upper-intermediate і вище.
